Meeting of all RESCUE project partners was held on October 30 in Osijek. The meeting was attended by 30 participants. After a warm welcome, the meeting started in the hall of FERIT. After the introductory words of Prof. Dr. Damir Šljivac, the meeting was continued by Prof. Dr. Boris Dumnić, RESCUE project coordinator. The professor firs went through the analysis of the report for the first period, as well as through the assignments for the second project period, discussing each assignment individually. The representatives of each institution presented their reports. The introduction was followed by a presentation of the BEMS system on public buildings. Prof. Dr. Dragan Milićević presented the technical aspects of system analysis. MSc Nikola Vukajlović and MSc Ivana Isakov then presented a simulation of the SCADA system monitoring proposal. Furthermore, Prof. dr. Damir Šljivac and mag. ing. Matej Žnidarec presented technical aspects and public procurement of photovoltaic power plants and battery storage on partners' public buildings, after which Prof. Dr. Marinko Stojkov presented technical aspects of heat pumps and energy efficiency on partners public buildings.
In addition to the formal part of the meeting, lunch is organized in the famous restaurant Kod ruže, and evening activities in the pub at the romantic old center of the Osijek town. The informal part is no less important than the formal one, because partners had the opportunity to get to know each other better, and that is an important part of every project – good team building!
