After the cocktail, a technical project management meeting was held in the Amphitheater of the Central University building. The moderator of the meeting was RESCUE project coordinator prof. dr Boris Dumnić. Shortly introducing what has been done to date, prof. Dumnić presented the participants from the partner institutions with the future activities within the Period 2 for the RESCUE project. The main focus was on expected outcomes (deliverables expected to be completed in December of 2019), as well as major procurements planned in the second period. The discussion followed regarding the purchase of BEMS systems for KBCO and FTN in the second period, with the suggestion to move them to the third period. Final conclusion, considering the remarks of partners, was to keep these in the second period (at the end), while preparing the same procurement for the other partners in the third period (at the beginning). All participants agreed on the next events (project management and financial meetings) as proposed by the session moderator. When discussing if the travel outside programme area should be planned in the procurement plan or according to the institutions principles, the final conclusion was not reached. However, before a final conclusion on this point, the participants have agreed to have a decision on the study visit location within the second period. As a final remark, the participants agreed that for the first period, a report should be made as soon as possible (due to vacation period), in that regard the leading partner assumed the responsibility to send the partners a reminder/instructions for reporting, no later than 1st of July, 2019.
