IPA RESCUE Education targeted event in Palić 3rd December 2021
During the implementation of the RESCUE project, a targeted education event was organized and held on 3rd December at Student resort Palić, Subotica. The event gathers representatives of local and regional authorities, professional organizations, companies, academic society and students, as future engineering staff. The main goal of this special event is to introduce all interested communities to new, sustainable and green energy sources and how to integrate them into public buildings. Through the presentation of the most important results of all partner institutions during the RESCUE project implementation, all interested participants will have the opportunity to identify potentials for the integration of modern technologies and sustainable energy solutions in their business and other activities.
Special honor was given to Prof. dr Boris Dumnić from FTN Novi Sad to open the event and give a brief overview of the RESCUE project and activities of other partner institutions that will be presented during this event. Presented topics during this Education targeted event related to installed technical systems within the RESCUE project which are presented were: “Intelligent energy management solutions with high share of renewable energy sources for public building application - exemplary facility of FTN and KCV”, “Smart FERIT and KBC Osijek public buildings microgrid energy management systems” and “Description of thermotechnical system with heat pump and solar collectors at UNISB “.
After the presentation of all RESCUE project achievements, a short discussion with all participants was opened. The discussion between project partners with company’s representatives, as well as with students was especially interesting, since it showed the point of view of each target group.
In addition to the formal part of this event, social networking and lunch were organized for more than 60 participants which attended at Education targeted event. After lunch, the special attraction of this event was the opportunity for participants to test an electric vehicle acquired during the RESCUE project.
