What is RESCUE?
RESCUE is a concept of sustainable development that aims to help transform the public building sector into environment friendly energy consumers. The project will help convey a positive message on the benefits offered by renewable energy sources (RES) in the public buildings with high energy demand, such as health centers, university education and other public buildings. The RESCUE project will facilitate the integration of appropriate RES systems into public buildings, through well devised exemplary facilities that reduce partner institution carbon footprint, while simultaneously raising awareness on the technology and creating a strong knowledge base about smart and energy efficient building energy management systems.
